Mold Damage in Dallas, TX Office

A commercial building in Dallas, TX had mold damage in an office and bathroom area after the building had been vacated for many months.  The mold growth was started from a toilet supply line with a slow leak.  SERVPRO of Metrocrest was able to remediate the mold growth without any demolition due to the hard, non-porous surfaces affected.  HEPA vacuums and air scrubbers with HEPA filters were used to clean all affected surfaces and open areas exposed to the mold spores.  The property manager was very happy with SERVPRO of Metrocrest due to our efficient, effective methods of returning the space back to an "inhabitable" status.
