Water Damage in a North Dallas Commercial Building

We were called out to a commercial building in North Dallas that had an unexpected water damage from a second-floor water fountain that leaking overnight. The water fountain leaked through the floors, down to the first floor affecting the ceiling, walls and flooring on the first floor. Not only did we take care of the water mitigation by extracting the water, we also dried their flooring, ceiling, and wall as well as cleaned up all the debris from the ceiling that fell.
